  • An event content creator at Captured by Agnes, we’re more your behind the scenes with your photographers & videographers. We capture more of the raw, emotional details/behind the scenes photos, and videos that you would normally capture on your phone. All footage taken on the event day has a fast turnaround via Google Drive to relive the day quickly. However at Captured by Agnes, we know that every detail counts, so you’ll have endless memories looking back.

  • I’m based in Sydney, Australia and only do the Sydney Metro areas. At the moment, I do not offer further travel or interstate travel

  • Of course! At Captured by Agnes, we want to make sure your package will be suited for your own event. If you want to customise your package, send your enquiry on our website, choose the Make It Yours package and add how many hours you need for your event.

  • We shoot all content on the iPhone 16 Pro Max with the Insta360 Flow Pro 2 Gimbal. We also offer a digital camera & camcorder service that can be an add-on to your package, which we use the Sony Cybershot DSC-HX90V & a vintage camcorder that has 1080p

Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed with a 20% deposit (non-refundable). This secures your event date exclusively and is applied to your final balance

  • The full balance must be settled between 7 and 14 days before the event date.

  • When booking an event less than 5 days before the event date, the invoice must be fully paid to confirm and lock it in.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel 60 or more days before the event, you will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 14 days before the event will result in a 50% charge of the total cost.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will not be refunded, and the full amount will be forfeited.
