    We capture more the raw, emotional details/behind the scenes photos and videos that you would normally capture on your phone. However, at Captured by Agnes we know that every detail counts that you’ll have endless memories looking back.

  • At Captured by Agnes, we capture the following events:

  • I’m based in Sydney and only do the Sydney Metro areas. At the moment, I do not offer further travel or interstate travelling

  • Of course! At Captured by Agnes, we want to make sure your package will be suited for your own event. If you want to customise your package, send your enquiry on our website and send us an email on how many hours you need for your event.

  • We shoot all content on the iPhone 16 Pro Max with the DJI OSMO Mobile SE Intelligent Gimbal. I also offer a digital camera service that can be an add-on to your package which we use the Sony Cybershot DSC-HX90V

Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed with a 20% deposit (non-refundable). This secures your event date exclusively and is applied to your final balance

  • The full balance must be settled between 7 and 14 days before the event date.

Travel Costs

  • Travel within the Sydney metropolitan area is included in the cost of your package.

  • For locations outside the Sydney metropolitan area, an additional charge of $0.95 per kilometre will apply.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel 60 or more days before the event, you will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 14 days before the event will result in a 50% charge of the total cost.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will not be refunded, and the full amount will be forfeited.
